The sightseeing includes Kandawgyi(Royal Lake),an oasis in the middle of the bustling city, where floats a large structure known as the Karaweik, modelled after a royal barge used by Burmese kings. The lake itself is a unique place for taking scenic pictures with Shwedagon Pagoda in the background. Complete a day tour in Yangon with an extended visit to one of the sacred landmarks of Myanmar, Shwedagon Pagoda. After breakfast, you will open your beautiful morning with a round of tour through the downtown area where an extensive collection of colonial buildings are concentrated, what makes Yangon unique. After the walking tour, we will drive you to Botatuang Pagoda, hollow but housed what is believed to be a sacred hair of Buddha. In the afternoon, proceed to National Museum where many of the exhibits are fascinating, especially, the Lion Throne, of the Konbaung Dynasty (Closed on Mondays & public holidays).
