Please note that your passport details, arrival and departure date, flight details, contact e-mail, telephone number, and accommodation requested must be provided upon your booking.
We will send you a confirmation notification as soon as all services (hotels, domestic flights, cars, etc.) included in the selected tour are confirmed. Generally, we will confirm to you by e-mail within 2 working days.
• To confirm your booking, a 10% deposit of total tour price is necessary to be paid at least 60 days prior to travel. The deposit is non-refundable.
• 60% of total payment is due 45 days prior to travel.
• The remaining 30% balance of total payment must be paid cash in USD on arrival in Myanmar or transferred to our bank’s account at least 10 days before your arrival date to Myanmar.
• For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the arrival date, 70% of total payment must be paid as soon as you receive our confirmation.
The payment could be made via the following methods:
(a) Credit Card Payment
We accept VISA and MASTER for credit cards payment. When you pay by credit card, please add 4.5% surcharge for bank charges.
(b) Bank Transfer
The payment could be made by telegraphic transfer to our bank’s account. The Cosmos Green Travels & Tours Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any extra costs incurred by bank transfers.
A bank’s copy of transfer order must be sent by fax or email to our office in Yangon.

If the payments are not received by the specified dates, we have the right to release the booking without notice.
If you wish to make any changes to confirmed tours, after payment has been made, your request is subject to availability and possibility. For possible requests, additional charges will be incurred.

The date of the cancellation shall be when Cosmos Green Travel receives the written notice (Our office hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00, Saturday 09:00-12:00, GMT +6:30).
The following cancellation fees apply on all tours.
Over 45 days to arrival date – loss of full deposit (10% of total payment)
Between 45-30 days prior to arrival – 50 % of total payment
Between 29-15 days prior to arrival – 70 % of total payment
Less than 15 days prior to arrival – 100 % of total payment
No Show – 100 % of total payment
Please note that the above cancellation policy is subject to change depending on airlines, hotels and cruise cancellation policies.
Please check with Cosmos Green Travel at the time of reservation since child policy may differ from one hotel to another.
During the peak season in Myanmar from November to March, all hotels and most suppliers will add high-season supplement charges.Therefore, prices for peak season tours can be higher than those for low season tours.
All the payments you have made are not refundable once travel has commenced.
No refund will be made, either in part or full, for no show or any unused services.
We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any third party suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.
We have the obligation to prepare the tour in the best possible way but Cosmos Green Travel acts only as an agent between our clients and our suppliers (airlines, hotels, restaurants and transportation companies, etc.). Therefore, we shall not be liable to and accept claims for losses or additional expenses due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, fire, civil unrest, war, threat of war, strikes, delays, transport failures, accidents, injury, sickness, loss or damage to person or property, change of schedules or other causes which is beyond our control.
We strongly advise that you have taken out all necessary travel insurance for your trip. This should include covering against losses, expenses, damages occurred as result of accidents, injury, sickness and death, delays or all cancellation costs, damage or lost luggage, medical expenses including repatriation.
